Melissa Elsner is the Founder of This Is Your Story. What began as a vision and dream, became reality March 2015, with the official launch of the blog and social media ministry. Melissa has a genuine heart for reaching out to women with love and acceptance; leading them into a transforming relationship with Jesus. By sharing her own story, she strives to exemplify the power of sharing the gospel through real life stories. 

Melissa is a single, late-30-something gal who calls the Pacific Northwest the motherland. She is the Women's Ministry Director and worship leader at her church and is also a full-time PreK teacher. When she isn't writing, mentoring or teaching, she is either creating, singing, drinking coffee, and enjoying time with friends and family.
